Farm and Food Worker Relief Application Drive

The Farm and Food Worker Relief (FFWR) Program provides $600 relief payments to eligible farm and food workers who incurred expenses preparing for, preventing exposure to, and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Agricultural and meatpacking workers may receive one relief payment per person if they worked in an eligible front-line job in the U.S. during the COVID-19 pandemic (between January 20, 2020, and March 11, 2023).

  • Non-Photo Identification: Two forms of other documentation with individual's name
  • W-2 Tax Form
  • Paystub 
  • Employer Letter or Contract
  • H2A Visa
  • H2B Visa
  • Photographic Evidence (for example picture of worker at worksite)
  • Written & Signed Attestation
