In addition to the Texas ACE Program Grant, the Santa Rosa Independent School District will continue collaborating with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department through the Texas Parks and Wildlife CO-OP Grant.

The scope of this Grant Agreement includes: 

The Santa Rosa Independent School District administering the Outdoor STEM Youth Leadership Project. The project will engage students in a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, birding, archery, photography, outdoor cooking, camping, mountain biking, and natural resource career development. The project will utilize Texas Parks and Wildlife Department sites, programs, and/or personnel to develop and enhance participants' relationships with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
